How It Works

  1. See "What We Service" to determine if we can repair your product.

  2. Go to the "Location Finder" (see the top right side of this page) to find a convenient Home Depot location nearest you.  Click on the Get Pricing button by your preferred store listing to see local pricing.

  3. After reviewing the pricing chart and a list of services, you can complete an on-line form with your name, contact information, pre-approval amount and description of the problem.  Then, print the information and take it, along with your equipment to be repaired, to your local Home Depot store.

  4. THDRepair will pick up your product on its next regularly scheduled visit to your local Home Depot and take it to the THDRepair service center.

  5. Authorized equipment repair technicians will evaluate the problem and, if there is a product failure (non-routine maintenance), make a determination of warranty or non-warranty coverage.  THDRepair will then call or e-mail you if your estimate exceeds your initial authorization.  Once approved, we will complete the necessary equipment repairs.

  6. THDRepair will return your repaired equipment or tool to your Home Depot location on the next scheduled visit.

  7. You will be notified by phone or e-mail that your repaired item is ready for pick-up.

  8. You pay the Home Depot store for the equipment repair and are on your way!
