You offer one week turnaround. If your pickup day is Monday and I drop off my equipment on the Saturday prior, when will I receive my repaired product?

Our seven day service solution (assuming parts availability) runs from the day we pickup at your local Home Depot store to the day we drop your repaired equipment at the Home Depot store.  From the customer's standpoint, if you drop off a lawn mower on Saturday and we count this as day one, your equipment will be serviced and available the following Monday afternoon (nine days later).  Most Home Depot stores are open during the evening hours to make product pickup more convenient.  If a non-stock part is required for the equipment repair, service time may exceed the normal standards.


Does THDRepair offer warranty service?

Not every problem you have with a tool or piece of equipment will be covered by a warranty. Nevertheless, THDRepair offers factory warranty service on many items - all you need is a copy of your purchase receipt. We will bill the manufacturer for all parts and labor covered by the warranty and you will only be charged for any items not covered.


I have problem with my lawn mower and I’d like to repair it myself. Do you have any suggestions?

Please refer to our Engine Troubleshooting Tips . You can buy many of the parts you will need from your local Home Depot store. If you believe you know what needs to be repaired in your lawn mower but cannot fix it, please tell us what you think the problem is when you drop it off. This will help our equipment repair technicians troubleshoot faster and may keep your costs lower in the long-run.
