• Turnaround - Because of parts availability, the best repair turnaround times will be experienced on items purchased within the past 5 years.
• Repair Now or Buy New - We recommend that you make the repair vs. buy decision based on the 50% rule: repair the tool or equipment if the cost is less than 50% of the original retail price, but do not repair the item if the repair will exceed 50% of its purchase price. There are exceptions to this rule, especially if the item is newer, and the engine or motor has little wear. THDRepair can assist you in making in this decision at the time of an estimate approval.
